Shipping & Payment Information

Shipping

All orders are delivered by our trusted shipping partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.

Delivery & Collection Options

  • In-Store Collection (FREE): Collect your order for free from 109 Komatie Road, Emmarentia, Johannesburg. Select "Collection" at checkout — we'll email you once your order is ready.
  • Home Delivery (Internet Express / MT Express): Typically R60 – R120 depending on location and parcel size
  • Pargo Click & Collect: Affordable pickup at selected Pargo points nationwide

Delivery Times

  • In-Store Collection: Ready within 24 hours — we will email you when it's ready for pickup
  • Home Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Pargo Pickup: 2–4 working days to reach your selected Pargo point
  • Orders placed before 12:00: Typically dispatched same day (Monday–Friday)

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also check your order status from your account page once logged in.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.

Payment

We accept payment via Yoco, a trusted South African payment gateway. This allows you to pay securely with credit card, debit card, or instant EFT. All major banks are supported.

Payment Process

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
  2. Enter your delivery details
  3. Select your shipping method (home delivery or Pargo pickup)
  4. Click "Pay" to be redirected to the Yoco secure payment page
  5. Complete your payment using your card or EFT
  6. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely by Yoco. We do not store your card details or banking credentials on our servers. Your payment is protected by industry-standard bank-level encryption and 3D Secure where applicable.
